We can offer a complete range of Cocoas including Gerken cocoa powders with different levels of fat content:
Low fat (10-12%)
High fat (20-22% and 22-24%)
Lecithinated powders – for use in dry cocoa mixes.
Customized cocoa powders
Due to the cocoa butter fat present in cocoa powder, dilution in cold water and milk is poor. We offer several lecithinated powders to improve wet-ability properties. Cocoa powders are available in 25 kg big bags.
